The Italian term "Cappello," meaning "hat with brim," aptly describes the new winery in Tuscany, distinguished by its expansive pyramid roof. This roof not only shelters a versatile interior but also features a skylight facing the forest and a patio with a lift-up window, merging indoor and outdoor experiences. Inside, retractable walls and bifold doors enhance the connection with nature, offering panoramic views of the vineyard. The design promotes flexibility for various events and integrates seamlessly with the landscape, making the winery a harmonious addition to the hilltop community, poised to become a recognizable landmark while preserving its environmental integrity.
